ITCH ITCH ITCH
May. 1st, 2005 05:00 pmI've been very busy itching. And scratching the itching. I think it has to do with the shedding. I think when I have my handsome summer hair, I'll be done itching.
I hope so.
Lately mymom has been doing different things when she plays with me. We practice staying in sits and downs, just like with the agility table only without the table. She puts my heeling leash on and I show her how well I can keep up with her no matter where she goes. I keep up SO WELL that she trips over me sometimes. We've been doing a new thing, too, where I STAND very well and someone else comes up to TOUCH me and I still have to STAND, very handsome until mymom comes back beside me and says how good I am.
The other day she took me out to a NEW PLACE. There were other people there, and people play things, and very small people. And there were SMELLS. Mymom did the practice with sitting and staying. Boy, did I want to follow the new smells. I put my nose up and I twitched and twitched it and I made lots of wrinkles so mymom would know how much I wanted to follow the smells.
*wrinkles*
But mymom must not have seen my wrinkles, because she didn't say it was okay to follow the smells.
And then sometimes we haven't played as much. Mymom had that funny look on her face a lot. And she wouldn't let me play with Jean-Luc. I don't know why she--
Hey!
HEY!
Kacey! Get away! BAWH! BAWH!! RUDE! I'M GONNA--
BAWH!!!!
*scufflescuffle*
*coff*
Kacey here. That boy just doesn't know a thing. Of course my person wouldn't let him play with Jean-Luc. Jean-Luc has been very sick. He had a blockage. My person was very busy taking care of him and consulting with the vet. He was lucky to avoid surgery. Not that he'll learn anything from it. Jean-Luc, brain-injury, blah blah blah.
I cleaned his face for my person, and I didn't growl at him when he took the best bed.
That Beagle thinks he can pull those I'm-Not-Touching-You tricks on me and lure me away from this LiveJournal. He is so wrong. I know that game. Even if he does move closer. Even if his whiskers vibrate close enough for me to feel it. I will not be--
