Spot!

Spot! is one of my games. I am so good at it! And it involves COOKIES.

I have my own special one-step ramp that appears at the edge of mymom's office platform sometimes. Then mymom puts my target down at the bottom...it's easy to see even when I'm up in the office. Then I SIT, and I WAIT, and mymom gives me the READY, SET, GO SPOT! words and I LEAP and POUNCE and SLIDE to the end of the ramp where I get not just one but THREE COOKIES, one after another.

And then we get to do it again!

They're not very big cookies, though. I wonder how she gets them so small?

Today I showed mymom all kinds of good things. I walked her down to the mailbox and when she went slow, I went slow. When she went fast I went ZOOM! I can stay right with her. That's good, because she could never keep up with me if I didn't watch out for her like that.

And then for the very first time we went into the bigbig yard where the big white horse things live. And they were in there RIGHT NEXT TO ME. I am so fierce, they pretended not to notice me so they wouldn't show how scared they were. Mymom somehow attached my leash to the strange room with lots of good eating smells in it, plus a big stack of boring dried grass. That was sly of her. And she fed the big horse things some of the boring grass, so I didn't care because they can HAVE IT.

The ground had some BIG PILES OF...

something...

on it, but mymom wouldn't let me eat it. That's not fair.

But I still made mymom laugh when we went back in the house, because I showed her how I could LEAP over my toy basket, LEAP LEAP LEAP!

I have to go dig under the Big Rock now. I left a BUG there earlier. I'm sure it's still there. I'll dig until I find it!
